We in ab, offer's a 7 days service for store credit refund.

please take note that our refunds is available for "store credit voucher" only and cannot be converted thru cash. (store credit is non expiry voucher)


Things to consider:

  1. Manufacturer or Shipping damages with receipt are accepted for return and refund.
  2. Wrong items delivered are accepted for returns that include wrong size, color and missing quantity.
  3. Items must be in the same condition as it is delivered(include tags, pouches, receipt, unworn and unwashed.
  4. We accept return and refund for 7 days upon delivery date(Contact us immediately).
  5. We will check the items first once we received it and make conclusion after that.
  6. Important to include picture and video of the actual reason of return and replacement.
  7. We accept change of mind reason to be refunded via store credit voucher also.
  8. If the mistake made on our end, we will be the one who will shoulder all the shipping expenses.
  9. But if the customer's fault, shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
  10. Please note that we will not assume liability for any issues related to unchecked sizes of your order if you have not reviewed our size chart before placing your order. We encourage customers to consult our size chart to ensure accurate sizing before making a purchase
